Terms for using GPT Image 2 Pro generation, credits, public gallery, and paid plans

These Terms of Service govern your use of GPT Image 2 Pro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
GPT Image 2 Pro provides AI image generation workflows including text-to-image, image-to-image, Product Shot mode, Prompt Enhance, credits, and an Explore gallery. Generation quality, timing, and availability can vary because the service depends on external AI and infrastructure providers.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Image generation consumes credits. The current MVP cost is 10 credits per generated image. Credit amounts, expiration, and plan benefits are shown in the product and may change with notice.
Paid plans are processed through Creem or another configured payment provider. Pro purchases include a 7-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated at checkout. Contact support@gptimage2pro.com with your account email and order details for refund help.
You retain ownership of prompts, reference images, and generated images you submit or create, subject to the rights and limitations of the underlying AI providers and applicable law. You grant GPT Image 2 Pro the limited rights needed to process, store, display, and deliver your content, including showing public images in Explore when you choose or when your plan policy makes outputs public.
You agree not to use GPT Image 2 Pro to:
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact generation times, or that every prompt will produce a usable result.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, GPT Image 2 Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
